SOFIA focus areas/responsibilities:

Supporting development, maintenance, and operation of the SOFIA Data Processing System.

Research interests:

Star formation in cluster environments (e.g. Orion) and especially the effect of high-mass star formation on nearby solar-mass protostars; Herbig Ae/Be circumstellar disk evolution; interstellar/circumstellar gas and dust.
